Byron High School Visual Arts Program Brings Back Autumn Event

For the second year, Byron High School's Visual Arts Program is organizing the village's Fall Festival.  This year's event happens this Saturday, October 21st from 2 to 6:30pm, and is free for everyone and features Hay Rides, Games, Crafts, Vendors, Pumpkin Sale, Student Art Show, Scavenger Hunt, Music, Prizes, Cider & Donuts, Face Painting, Food and Trick-or-Treating at downtown businesses.  Bring a bag for goodies, wear your best costume and get in on the Kids Costume Contest (ages 12 and under).  There will be other contests as well, like a pumpkin pie contest and carved pumpkin contest.  Bring your pie or pumpkin between 2 and 3pm, judging will be at 3pm.  For the costume contest, report to the stage at 4pm for judging.  All contests will happen at the corner of S. Saginaw Street and W. Maple Ave.
