What may possibly be the final snow day for area students this week, districts have again cancelled classes for Thursday January 31st.  Subzero temperatures exacerbated by life-threatening wind chills are, again, expected on Thursday, but Friday is expected to see high temperatures return to the mid-teens, drawing wind chills above 20 below, the threshold where many schools decide to close.
